Hello and welcome...
We are looking for 6 violin players to complete group that has been together for over 10 years. In our
mission to complete the group we would like to make new life-long friends with disregard of gender, race,
age, or life-style.
5+ Years experience playing your instrument is a must.
We are dedicated to complete the group with talented musicians such as ourselves. After this requirement has had a chance to
fill out the group we will lower the requirement to 3+ years.
Must be able to read music.
All of our current members read music. This insures the repertoire to be strong and our members comfortable performing in
front of live audiences.
Any gender, race, or age.
As mentioned before we will not discriminate. Smokers and non-smokers welcome!
$30/hr. (excluding rehearsals)
We do not get payed for rehearsals, only performances. This rate is guaranteed for performances 2 hours or more.
Rehearsal a must.
We have for a long time required our members to attend scheduled rehearsals. At the beginning it is essential to attend
rehearsals to complete the training process. After your first performance we will be more understanding. We Promise!
Music will be provided.
Our director has an online mariachi music store with over 250+ songs available for purchase. Your music will be provided free
of charge as long as you are a current member of this group.
Training will be provided.
In addition to having an online mariachi music store he is one of the best mariachi instructors in the Dallas, Fort Worth area.
Must memorize 20 songs to start.
A list of 20 songs and music will be provided for you to memorize. This song list contains the most requested and essential
songs for the best performance.
Uniform will be provided.
Your first uniform will be provided for you NEW free of charge. Any alterations needed after the initial use will not be covered.
Additional replacement uniforms will not be provided. We currently only have 1 uniform.
Contract for 5 years!
As stated above we have been together for a very long time and plan to make new life-long friends. We would like for you to
stay after 5 years. This contract is a must to insure the integrity of the group and any recordings produced.
After your 5 year contract, the uniform provided for you will belong to you. If for some reason you cannot complete your
contract, the uniform will need to be paid in full at the price of $150.
Additional information:
Rehearsal time is usually Tuesdays at 7:00PM violins will be required to arrive at 6:00PM to pre-review the rehearsal.
Additional days and times most likely will be needed, but we will keep it to a minimum.
